In the mean time you can order the audio/video files on CD. How this works is you can download the list and then contact me with your request.

I will copy the audio/video files onto a CD for you(maximum 650 MB per CD),, and post it to you. The cost of this is:

In Australia: AUD$10 per CD

The rest of the World: US$10 per CD
